Help for restaurant staff and managers using OnaPOS Waiter.
Email contact@onapos.com — we reply within one
business day. If service is down during your opening hours, put URGENT in the subject line.
It helps if you include: your restaurant name, the staff email you sign in with, what you tapped, and what happened instead.
That is the lock screen for a shared device. When a manager signs in on a device, the device stays signed in and locks to a PIN pad between users — any active staff PIN unlocks it, and every action is recorded against that person. Your first sign-in on a new device is always email and password.
Ask your manager to reset it from the manager console, or email contact@onapos.com from your work address.
Tables are configured by your manager under Tables & QR in the manager console. If no tables have been created yet, the floor will be empty until they are.
Open your device Settings → Notifications → OnaPOS Waiter and allow notifications, then sign out and back in so the device re-registers. Alerts are delivered as a badge while the app is in the foreground, by design, so they never interrupt what you are doing.
Check the printer's status on the Printers page of the manager console. Kitchen tickets older than 60 minutes intentionally expire rather than printing a backlog of stale orders.
See the Privacy Policy. Email contact@onapos.com and we will action it within 30 days, except for invoices that Spanish law requires us to retain.
